Samsung has upgraded the Samsung developer tool kit to incorporate the support of Bitcoin functionality. This application was deployed on the S10 range of phones and at the time, the software could only support ETH and ERC-20 Tokens. However, this has since changed and the users of models such as Samsung S10e, S10, S10+, and S10 5G. At this point, Samsung S10 users need to know that only a few countries including the USA are enabled to transact BTC.
New Zealand Tax Authority Approves Crypto Salaries
The New Zealand Inland Revenue has made history as the first tax authority in the world to approve salary remittance in Cryptos. Under the new regulations, employees will be able to select their Crypto of choice with effect from September 1. However, the criteria for selecting Tokens under the new policy include; the coin must be liquid, stable, and the payment disbursements have to be in equal intervals. It is critical to note that the tax body plans to deduct PAYE taxes on the Crypto-salaries.

The CRS is aiming to revolutionize energy systems by developing and deploying DLT-based energy systems that are scalable, easy to use, cost-effective, and efficient. The researchers have published a paper titled “Bitcoin, Blockchain, and the Energy Sector” that contain statistical data from an Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) survey. Analysis of the data reaffirms that Blockchain technology can upgrade the energy system by enhancing security and transparency.
